This month we’re back and we’re changing it up a bit! We’ll be doing a series of spirits dinners for a few months. We’d love for you to join us for a special dinner with Nelson Bros. Whiskey out of Nashville! This will be a fun-filled, five course tasting dinner that will feature 5 different expressions of their whiskey along with hand crafted cocktails created by our very own mixologist Chelsey Washburn paired with delicious bites from Chef Wilbur Cox! There will be bottle giveaways as well as prizes and an interesting education on the evolution of Nelson Bros. Whiskey! Don’t worry, the wine dinners will continue, but we wanted to highlight a few of our favorite spirits as well. We know you’ll love them the same! We look forward to seeing you on the 31st!

FIRST

• House Cured Candied Bacon - pecan, black pepper

• “Antiquated” - Nelson’s Greenbrier, Simple Syrup, Orange & Cherry Bitters, Muddled Orange and Amarena Cherries

SECOND

• Mini Muffuletta Sandwich - garlic aioli, green olive salad

• “Volunteer Boulevard” - Nelson’s Greenbrier, Campari, Simple Syrup, Lo-Fi Sweet Vermouth, Blood Orange, Sparkling Water 

THIRD

• Polenta - strawberry sofrito and local goat cheese

• “Porch Swing” - Nelson’s Greenbrier, Lemonade, Fresh Strawberry & Shrub, Basil, Sparkling Wine 

FOURTH

• Spiced Porridge with Foie Gras - amarena cherries, smoked maple syrup

• “TN Mimosa” - Nelson Greenbrier, Smoked Maple Simple, Fresh Orange Juice, Blood Orange Syrup, Ginger Beer 

FIFTH

• Salted Chocolate Pavé - burnt marshmallow, vanilla ice cream, espresso syrup

• “Mean Mug Moonshine” - Nelson’s Greenbrier, Liquor 43 Chocolate Liqueur, Mean Mug Cold Brew, Chocolate Bitters, Cold Brew Ice Cube
